In this apartment located in the center of Barcelona, I carry out a comprehensive reform, interior design, decoration and styling.
This Penthouse located in one of the most sought after areas of Barcelona needed an urgent reform, the owners bought it as an investment and wanted to give it added value due to its ideal location.
The house had only one bedroom and the spaces were very poorly used, so we decided to take it for a spin and make the most of each of the m2 available.
We managed to get 2 large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and we decided to continue with the open concept philosophy by moving the kitchen to the living room, and thus have in the same space, kitchen and living room with direct connection to the sunny terrace.
At the level of finishes, we opted for a herringbone-shaped parquet floor, doors with white lacquered moldings and we added cornices on the ceiling to give it a more stately look.
Regarding the furniture and decoration we create an elegant and warm atmosphere, choosing unique pieces mixing them with other more modern ones.
With regard to textiles, we opted for linen both in curtains and blinds, and for bedding we mixed cotton with linens as well, which is a material that we love.
The result has been an apartment full of charm that when you see it you want to stay and live there!
