This 200m2 Modernist House + 200m2 terrace located in the famous Gracia neighborhood was an authentic gem in the rough, the first time we saw it, we fell completely in love! The wooden carpentry and original details were the basis of this incredible project, we got to work and restored all the original carpentry, beams and the original hydraulic floors.
The facilities, bathrooms and kitchen were made completely new, as was the incredible 200m2 terrace.
In the bathrooms, we chose custom-made bathroom furniture. Every detail of this home is unique and special.
The style for the entire home is “Urban Chic”, the client wanted it to be modern but fit with the old and rustic base of the home.
We chose the textiles and styling following the same range to ensure that everything fit within the different spaces! Now this family enjoys the dream home!
