This small penthouse located in an exceptional area and only 45m2 had to be completely renovated, the first time we went to see it we could hardly stay, since it had been closed for more than 40 years.
We focused on making a complete reform but without changing the main distribution since the client had a tight budget, which if we closed a partition to gain space in the bathroom, previously communicated to the bedroom and hallway and thus many m2 were lost.
On the other hand, we shortened the long corridor and expanded the kitchen, which was once a small wardrobe, and we chose all the white furniture to gain space and light.
For the furniture and decoration, light and practical furniture, we put the touch of color in the textiles that help create a warm, fresh and modern atmosphere.
