Home Staging project for a building with 10 tourist rental apartments located in Seville.
This spectacular building was already renovated and was located in the heart of the Triana neighborhood, in Seville. The property was a completely restored period property, where some of the original elements of the property were maintained, but modernized.
The client called us to carry out the entire project so that each apartment followed the same theme, but he urgently needed us to provide him with the warmth that the renovation did not provide, he gave us freedom when choosing and we got started!
For this project we fused a warm and elegant style, with Nordic touches without stridency so that all potential future guests would like it.
It was an exciting project that led us to be able to manage several building projects for vacation or tourist rentals with excellent results.
