The historic center of Barcelona gives off an incomparable magic, and walking through its streets is like taking a trip to the past. The same happens with this 65 m2 vacation apartment located between Vía Layetana and Puerta del Ángel, starring stone walls and wooden beams, and dressed with natural materials in a delicious mix of styles.
The main objective of the design was to create very attractive spaces that would enhance the value of the home for its high profitability in rent, without excessive spending.
We had to integrate furniture and deco that did not detract from the character of the home, so we created a “Mix and Match” with modern and design pieces with more rustic and industrial ones.
Another very important point was the lighting project, where we should contribute much more light to the spaces, which we achieve both direct and indirect lighting.
