This old House of 1900 of 50 m2 per floor and 100m2 of garden, located in the heart of Ampurdán and very close to the best coves and beaches of the Costa Brava, underwent a complete comprehensive reform, decoration and styling.
The house was the typical town house without any charm, with low ceilings, dark and poorly distributed, but with great potential that we saw from the first minute, “We eliminated the false ceilings and discovered the original beams and vaults, as well as the stone walls ”, we expanded the kitchen removing some space to the garden and we opened the kitchen towards the living room and the light changed completely. We painted the carpentry in a very Mediterranean blue that gives it a touch of freshness that reminds us that the house is close to the sea. Regarding the materials, natural woods for the floor and hydraulic type floors to give it a special touch and contrast. Original antique pieces were also added to give character and more style to the home. Now the house is an oasis of peace and a true cucada!
