In this famous and central area of Barcelona, the owners acquired the property that was completely destroyed for investment. The main objective was redistribution, creating open spaces with the “Open Concept” philosophy
All areas will remain connected at the request of our clients and we only separate the bathroom area, creating a distributor for the washer and dryer area.
Noble materials were chosen for the cladding and decoration, such as the natural herringbone wooden floor or the marble countertop for the kitchen that brings elegance and style to the space. As for the furniture, we decided to mix different styles such as an industrial round wood and iron dining table combining with a Nordic style chair and a marble and gold metal coffee table adding a touch of class and something more “Chic”. The range of colors is always neutral at the base and adding the note of color in textiles and accessories.
